About the Job
Preschool Educator

Saplings Outdoor Program – North Shore
Full-Time | Starting September 2026

Our preschool programs serve children aged 2.5–5 years. While our centres have an indoor base, we remain deeply committed to outdoor learning. Our programs regularly access nearby green spaces and parks, and educators must feel confident and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

At Saplings, we believe childhood should be rooted in connection to nature, meaningful relationships, and play-based learning. We are a learning organization that invests in our educators through ongoing training, professional development, and reflective practice.
